You will receive your Hinsomnia dress for free throughout the European Union within 3 to 7 working days , except the Canary Islands. If you need your dress immediately, contact us at 675 28 54 78.
Tailor-made dresses may take up to 2 business days.
Each dress is packaged with tissue paper in a black Hinsomnia box with a decorative bow.
For security, the shipping protection box does not bear a logo or anagram.

FREE RETURNS WITH COLLECTION SERVICE
From the day you receive your Hinsomnia piece, you have a period of 72 calendar hours to request a return. We will take care of everything and send a courier to collect the package at no cost .
After that period, you have the possibility of changing the size or choosing another garment within 14 calendar days from when you have the order in your hands. In your first change or return we will take care of the collection and the new shipment, free of charge, throughout the Iberian Peninsula.
For the rest of the world, both the costs of returns and exchanges will be borne by the customer.
In garments made to measure and in garments with arrangements , neither changes nor returns will be allowed. We are on the other side for anything you need at clientes@hinsomnia.com
