RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As it is a product aimed at parties and events, the customer has a period of 72 calendar hours from receipt of the garment to request a return, and up to 14 days from receipt of the order, in the case of wanting an exchange. Contact us at clientes@hinsomnia.com

Make sure that the garment is in perfect condition and keep its labels. The return will not be accepted on garments that return with the smell of perfume or those that are used, washed or that contain stains. The garments will be returned in the same package that you received them, thus ensuring that they arrive in perfect condition. In the event that the aforementioned is not met, we will not be able to accept your return.

Once you have requested the return, we will specify with you a day for the collection of the garment to be made. Once we receive it, we will issue the refund to the payment method used in the purchase within a maximum period of 14 days from when we received the withdrawal notification.

Note: All custom-made garments, as well as Hinsomnia masks, will not allow changes or returns.

MAINLAND SPAIN

1st change or return FREE , our delivery company will be in charge of collecting the product at the point where it was delivered to facilitate the process.

REST OF THE WORLD

Returns will be borne by the customer.
